Bring your organisational skills and friendly approach to a dynamic role supporting clients, staff, and visitors across the Southeast Region at Country Health Connect - Limestone Coast. As a Casual Administration Officer, you’ll provide high-quality, confidential, and customer-focused administrative services, including reception, data entry, clerical support, and on-call assistance, helping our health services run efficiently and smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver professional reception services, attending to clients and visitors in person or via phone and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Coordinate appointments for services, including Podiatry clinics via CCCME scheduling.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including typing, filing, photocopying, mail distribution, and diary/room coordination.
- Assist with equipment monitoring, government vehicle bookings, and TelePresence video conferencing coordination.
- Maintain accurate clinical appointment and data records in CCCME.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, quality assurance, and efficient resource utilisation.
- Provide casual on-call support for general clerical and reception duties as required.

Our Organisation
