Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer centric company in Australia and New Zealand.Responsibilities Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:Own end‐to‐end digital sales outcomes, driving conversion, sales quality and funded growth across priority journeys and products.Lead a product‐led digital sales function, setting clear priorities across optimisation, personalisation, content, search and assisted digital pathways.Translate customer intent into sales at scale, ensuring NAB is discoverable, relevant and easy to choose at key moments in the digital journey.Use data, experimentation and test‐and‐learn approaches to drive sustained improvements in digital conversion and growth.Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Technology, Data, Risk and Channels to deliver outcomes at pace while balancing risk and customer experience.QualificationsTertiary qualified in Business or equivalent; postgraduate qualifications desirable.Significant experience leading digital sales or growth in a regulated industry (e.g. banking, fintech, telco).Proven track record owning material revenue, conversion and growth outcomes across web and app journeys.Deep experience with martech, CRM, personalisation and experimentation at scale.Strong stakeholder leadership across Product, Technology, Marketing, Risk and Data.Demonstrated product‐led mindset, balancing customer experience with commercial outcomes.Diversity & Inclusion A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.
