As a Guest Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay from the moment they step into their room. This position is a physically demanding role with tight time constraints and requires a high level of attention to detail, however, is very rewarding with a great sense of accomplishment at the end of the day!
A few of your responsibilities:
* Meticulously cleaning and refreshing guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
* Demonstrating attention to detail by arranging and replenishing guest room amenities, such as towels, linens, and toiletries
* Maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere by ensuring rooms are inviting, well-stocked, and meet the expectations of our discerning guests
* Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure and comfortable environment for guests and team members alike
What are we looking for:
* Flexible availability across a 7 day roster
* Previous experience in hotel cleaning or heavy manual labour (highly desired)
* Good communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude
* Ability to work both solo and as part of a large team
* Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques and methods (desired but not essential)
