We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Civil Designer to join the Kwinana Power Station Project Team in Perth! In this role, you will effectively be responsible for technical design deliverables working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely, cost effective and fit for purpose engineering and design output complying with company requirements.
Cloughis delivering the design and construction of the Kwinana Gas Power Generation 2 project (K2), a new 220 MW gas fired power station to be built in Kwinana, south of Perth. K2 will deliver fast start, flexible generation to provide critical backup capacity that supports the increasing application of renewable energy across Western Australia.

Your focus will include:
* Delivery of technically acceptable design services for approved work to ensure the development of high levels of client satisfaction and Clough's business needs.
* Work with technical specialists to ensure specification compliance, technical integrity of design (technical performance).
* Prepare, check and file design information including documents and data from suppliers and other disciplines.
* Contribute to the development, implementation and improvement of systems across the division.
* Manage customer relations to achieve mutually satisfactory and technical program outcomes.
* Liaise regularly with manager to report progress, areas of concern / issues and potential changes.
What you will bring to the team:
* Previous experience in a Senior Designer position.
* Good knowledge of local and international Codes and Standards.
* Relevant experience is defined as experience with engineering contracting or consultancy organisations in one or more of the following sectors – Oil & Gas, Mining & Minerals and Infrastructure / Utilities.
* Detailed understanding and experience of design drafting using 2D and 3D computer assisted design (CAD) tools.
* Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering.
