THE ROLE

If so, here's your opportunity to join YMCA South Australia as a Children's Services Customer Support Team Officer at Head Office. In this role, you'll be a key member of the central support team as you will be responsible for managing bookings, enrolments, billing processes, and customer enquiries across multiple services (OSHC and ELC). You will be the first point of contact for many families, providing professional support while ensuring accurate data management and compliance with relevant systems and processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage enrolments, bookings, billing, and direct debit processes across Children's Services
* Provide high-quality customer service to families via phone and email
* Maintain and update systems including CCMS and Xplor
* Oversee the daily administration tasks of the services and provide support to staff on site
* Actively participate in a culture of continuous learning and high-quality service delivery
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE Y
Successful candidates will also have, or be willing to obtain:
* National Police Check (issued in the last 6 months)
* DHS Working With Children Check
* International Criminal History Record Check (if worked/lived overseas in the last 5 years)
* Provide CPR (HLTAID009)
* Relevant qualification in Children's Services, Administration, or equivalent experience
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships
