About the Role
Operating within School Operations, the Student Services Officer is responsible for providing student services support for students enrolling on campus. This role will work closely with a range of stakeholders including the National School of Education (NSE) Course Administration Team, State and Deputy Heads on campus, Course Coordinators and Lecturers in Charge, the Faculty Office and the Student and Administration directorate, to provide students a customer‐centric experience throughout their journey at ACU.

Qualifications
* Candidate must hold Australian work rights to apply for this position.
* Must be able to work full‐time fixed‐term until December 2027 at the Brisbane campus with some hybrid flexibility.

* Total remuneration valued to $101,464 – $109,838 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $85,739 – $92,815 (pro rata) pa (HEW 5), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
* 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed‐term staff.
* Annual leave loading equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
