We are a growing civil construction and commercial concreting business seeking an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our team based in Horsham, VIC.
This role involves managing projects from tender through to delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will oversee project execution, planning, estimating, logistics, and coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from tender award to completion
Estimating, budgeting, and cost control
Project planning, scheduling, and resource management
Expediting works to meet program deadlines
Liaising with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Conducting site inspections to ensure quality and compliance
Managing logistics, procurement, and variations
Leading and supporting site teams
About You
Strong experience in project management and estimating
Background in civil construction and/or commercial concreting
Previous and relevant work experience in Australia
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven leadership and team collaboration skills
Salary
$130,000 – $150,000 (depending on experience and capability)
