Requirements
* Proven industry background in aged care coordination
* Certificate IV in Aged Care/Community Services and/or relevant tertiary qualification
* Demonstrated commitment to enhancing the lives of older Australians
* Reliable work ethic with attention to detail
* Australian citizenship or valid visa with working rights
