We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our People Services function and champion wellbeing. This unique role blends core HR operations with rehabilitation management, requiring a leader who is passionate about making a measurable impact across the employee lifecycle.
* Lead a dedicated team delivering high-quality HR operations from onboarding to policy implementation.
* Partner with managers and stakeholders to advise on all people-related matters, including employee relations, performance, development, and legislative compliance.
* Steer injury and illness management initiatives in line with safety legislation.
* Create and oversee sustainable return-to-work programs, actively coaching leaders and collaborating with health professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in HR operations and rehabilitation case management.
* Strong understanding of workplace safety legislation and return-to-work protocols.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
* Team management and leadership experience.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* HR tertiary qualifications or comparable experience.
