The Roles
We are looking for two dedicated individuals to fill the following positions:
Role 1 (The Career Builder): Starting as Casual with a guaranteed transition to Part-Time, and a clear pathway to Full-Time employment after a successful 6-month probation.
This role is for someone seeking flexibility, covering our early starts, late finishes, or both.
Role 2 (The Anchor): A stable Part-Time position with a set schedule of 3 days per week: Monday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Who You Are
You are a highly skilled professional currently working in the industry who is ready for a high-end environment.
We are looking for:
Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 3–5 years of active industry experience.
You must hold a Diploma of Beauty Therapy as a minimum requirement (a Dermal Therapist qualification is a significant advantage).
Qualification Requirement: Candidates must hold either a Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Dermal Therapist qualification.
Experience Flexibility: While we prefer candidates with 3-5 years of experience, we are slightly flexible for exceptional candidates who demonstrate outstanding skills and potential.
Technical Edge: Proven experience or a strong aptitude for medical-grade technology.
Technology Experience: Candidates are preferred have experience with various medical-grade technologies including IPL/Laser, microneedling, chemical peels, radiofrequency, LED therapy, or demonstrate proficiency with any advanced technology platforms.
Ownership Mentality: You treat the clinic as if it's your own, showing initiative and pride in every treatment.
Client Magnet: You have a "client-first" mentality, making every person feel heard, valued, and pampered.
Proactive & Reliable: You are punctual, professional in appearance, and a positive force within a small team.
Social media savvy is a plus
Work Authorization: Australian work rights are required for this position.
