Your new role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Enrolled Endorsed Nurse to join our residential team on a Casual Basis. Bring your passion for well-being to our community, supporting residents' independence and quality of life. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities include:
* Observing and reporting changes in residents' behaviour or physical condition
* Managing medication and treatment procedures as directed
* Liaising with medical practitioners, pharmacists, and other health services
* Assisting the RN1 with clinical requirements
* Supporting cigarette and alcohol programs
* Providing emotional support and maintaining documentation
Qualifications:
* Cert IV/Diploma of Nursing with current AHPRA registration
* Ability to work both independently and in a team
* Experience in aged care, mental health, disability support, or community care preferred
* Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* A friendly, non-judgmental attitude
