About You
* 2–3 years of experience as a qualified Chef de Partie
* Skilled in section management, ordering, and preparation schedules
* Clear communicator with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Strong understanding of commercial kitchen operations
* Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varied shifts
