We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time **Accounts Receivable Clerk**. This is a **junior position** where you will be trained to be an expert in this field. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be working 100% onsite based in **Stapylton**, Gold Coast.

- Intermediate computer and fast typing skills
- High integrity to handle sensitive and confidential information

**Your duties include, but are not limited to**:
- Processing credit card payments and refunds via EFTPOS terminal
- Reconciliation of incoming funds and ensure correct allocation of customer payments
- Processing daily collections and credit claims in POS system
- Debtor account reconciliation
- Preparation/processing of monthly debtor statements
- Ensure debtors' profile are up to date
- Respond to and investigate customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Support the Finance Team
