About the Role
This role is focused on growing key customer relationships and developing new commercial opportunities across Southern Queensland and N-NSW.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will manage strategic accounts, identify new business, and execute agreed sales and supply strategies, supported by forecasting, logistics coordination, and market insights.
Key Responsibilities
* Grow and manage strategic key accounts
* Identify and convert new business opportunities
* Execute regional sales and market development strategies
* Provide market intelligence, forecasting, and commercial insights
* Support operational execution including logistics and administration
Skills & Experience
* years' experience in the fertiliser industry
* Strong understanding of QLD/NSW commodity fertiliser markets
* Proven key account management and business development capability
* Commercially astute and comfortable operating autonomously
* Willingness to travel as required
