CNC Programming/Setting for Brake Press/Turret CNC machines in a modern, high-volume sheet metal production environment. The Role Programming and setting up (Amada) CNC Brake Press | Turret Press Reading and interpreting 3D schematics | Drawings | Bend sequences Selecting appropriate tooling, calculating bend allowances, and ensuring accurate setups for consistent high-quality output Producing precision sheet metal components for data cabinets and related products Maintaining dimensional quality standards and troubleshooting any technical or mechanical issues Completing production records, labelling, and preparing finished goods for dispatch Working efficiently to meet daily production targets while prioritising safety and quality About You Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience as a CNC Programmer/Setter Brake Press | Turret Press machine Experience Sheet metal | Metal fabrication industry experience (Highly Desired) Strong ability to read 3D models, engineering drawings, and develop bend programs/sequences Solid mechanical aptitude | Resolve machine or tooling-related issues Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment (data cabinets, enclosures, or similar metal products is a big advantage) Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kg and standing for extended periods At CoreStaff, we pride ourselves on looking after our people.
