The RoleYou'll be the key contact for a well-established trade and retail customer base including cabinet makers, kitchen retailers, stonemasons and some residential builders across your territory.
You'll focus on relationship development and providing expert technical advice — all while promoting one of the most respected brands in the decorative surfaces industry.
You'll be supported by strong leadership and the tools you need to succeed — but the hustle, energy, and ownership are all yours.
Key Responsibilities:
* Grow and manage a diverse trade and retail customer base across your territory
* Develop long-term relationships with stone masons, cabinet makers, kitchen retailers, and other key stakeholders
* Identify opportunities for growth and work strategically to win business
* Educate customers on new product ranges and support with technical information
* Maintain strong visibility across the market through site visits, meetings, and trade events
* Provide high-level service and ensure customer satisfaction from order to delivery
* Track activity through CRM and regularly report on wins and pipeline growth
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in building products or construction sales is essential
* Knowledge of decorative surfaces, stone, or kitchen products is highly regarded but not essential
* Strong B2B relationship management and account development skills
* Energetic, self-driven, and motivated to build a long-term career
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* A valid driver's licence is required
