Special Education Assistant Role
We are seeking a Special Education Assistant to join our school community. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate well with teachers to create and maintain a supportive, inclusive education program that meets the specific needs of students.
The successful candidate will assist teaching staff in delivering planned education programs and promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students. They will also provide feedback on education and therapy programs and participate in the evaluation process relating to student progress.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist teaching staff in delivering planned education programs

Requirements
* Australian or New Zealand citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid visa with relevant work rights
* A Working With Children Check prior to commencement
* A National Criminal History Check with the Department's Screening Unit
