The Executive Assistant will support the Managing Director in overseeing various business operations and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders. Experience in the animal care or education industry is highly preferred, as our business primarily focuses on providing high-quality animal grooming services and educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Administrative Support**:
- Manage the Managing Director's schedule, appointments, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
- Coordinate and attend meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.
2. Operational Assistance:
- Support the development and management of study courses and associated requirements.
- Assist in the management of student practical experience partners.
- Help in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff as required.
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with local government bodies and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Leverage professional networks and associations to enhance business offerings.
- Coordinate communications and collaborations with industry experts and educational institutions.
4. Financial and Compliance Management:
- Assist in revenue reporting and validation processes.
- Support financial audits and ensure financial integrity.
- Oversee documentation and compliance for study courses.
