We’re looking for a Meta Ads expert who’s ready to step up. You’ll step into a portfolio of high-performing ecommerce clients, drive ad performance end-to-end, and if you’re ready, grow your own team within 6–12 months. What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning client relationships (WIPs, reviews, performance chats – no middle account manager)
- Constantly iterating and optimising for growth
- Keeping your skill set razor‑sharp – we want masters of their craft
- Collaborating with a talented, fully remote team that moves quick
You’ll Thrive If You Have
- 2+ years hands‑on Meta Ads experience (TikTok & Pinterest a bonus)
- Experience managing $80k+/month ad spend per account
- A passion for ecommerce and performance marketing
- The confidence to speak directly with clients and solve challenges
- An eye for detail, a systems mindset, and strong commercial instincts
- Agency experience (preferred, but not essential)
