Our company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Team Member to join our manufacturing operations team.
The Opportunity:
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 6:00am - 2:30pm shift.
Responsibilities:
* Manufacture goods to customer specifications
* Operate metal folding, roll form, and pressing machines as well as general sheet metal equipment
* Pick and pack products
* Interpret product drawings
* Participate in training on specific equipment
* Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols
About You:
* Essential: Current and valid forklift license
* Desirable: At least 2 years of relevant work experience
* Ability to develop effective solutions that meet customer needs
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Commitment to producing quality products
* Basic computer skills
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
