Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Analyst Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team in Tullamarine to provide high‐quality financial analysis and decision support, acting as a key business partner to manufacturing operations and quality functions at the Tullamarine facility. The role reports to the Senior Manager – Finance Business Partner and focuses on supporting production planning and operational expenditure across site manufacturing, supply chain and quality functions. It includes ensuring consistent, accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing insights to support operational and strategic decision‐making.

The role also has product costing responsibilities, supporting the annual product costing exercise and providing financial support to other site operations as required.

Your Responsibilities

* Business performance analysis and support: Support period‐end close by preparing journals, analysing financial results and variances, resolving errors, and ensuring compliance with policies and accounting standards.
* Target setting, budgeting and forecasting: Support annual budget preparation and quarterly forecast updates for the Site including headcount and cost centre planning, inventory forecasts and product costing support.
* Decision‐making support: Provide financial analysis and reporting to Operations and Quality teams, delivering insights to support performance targets and improve decision‐making.
* Process improvement and standardisation: Drive improvements in financial systems, processes and controls while collaborating with Supply Chain and Operations to enhance master data governance and accuracy.
* External reporting and audit support: Proactively deal with internal and external audit queries as required.

Your Qualifications, Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline.
* CA / CPA / CIMA qualification.
* 5 to 7 years of accounting and finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment and in a global organisation.
* Working knowledge of inventory management, internal controls and business partnering. Standard costing concepts and exposure would be helpful.
* Broad business/finance experience supported by highly developed analytical skills.
* SAP experience preferred, proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
* Thrives in a dynamic environment with multiple deliverables and tight deadlines.
* Results‐orientated and driven, takes ownership.
* Inquisitive and good problem‐solving skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well and develop relationships with people at all levels.
* Collaborative and teamwork‐driven approach that embodies CSL values.
