Job Title: Sports Trainer
We are seeking a qualified and experienced sports trainer or individual eager to learn, to join our teams as a valuable member of the coaching staff.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be physically fit and possess a passion for football. Previous experience in sports training is highly desirable but not essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing player preparation on match days, including conducting pre-match warm-ups and ensuring players are well-hydrated throughout the game.
In addition, they will provide immediate injury management during training and matches, working closely with medical and fitness staff to develop treatment plans and ensure players receive the best possible care.
The role also involves collaborating with other coaches and support staff to develop and implement effective team strategies, as well as providing soft tissue treatments such as massage and stretching exercises as needed.
Responsibilities include conducting pre-training services such as taping and administering massage treatments as directed by medical staff.
