The Role
As Senior Property Manager, you'll take ownership of a well-managed residential
portfolio and play a key role in delivering outstanding service to landlords and
tenants.
Your responsibilities will include:
* End-to-end management of a quality residential portfolio with autonomy and confidence
* Being the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, building long-term relationships and resolving matters efficiently
* Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors (no routine inspections)
* Managing leases, rent collection and compliance with QLD tenancy legislation
* Providing clear, professional communication and reporting to property owners
* Supporting and mentoring team members as a senior figure within the department
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you:

* Have proven experience in residential property management (ideally 2+years)
