Craftsman Position
We are seeking a skilled Craftsman to fill this role.
Main Responsibilities:
* Apply carpentry trade skills, general framing, construction and installation of subfloors, walls door frames, roofing and structural work.
* Coordinate site preparation and plan building tasks.
* Interpret building standards, codes and regulations.
* Provide expert advice on carpentry and construction requirements.
* Assist in the compilation of specifications and costs estimates.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent.
* Ideal candidate has 3 years' experience in commercial and domestic builds.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
