**Responsibilities:**
We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Property group in Melbourne Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of administration duties relating to property conveyancing and development files and general real estate work. Key responsibilities include file management and administration assistance for conveyancing matters including sale and purchase files as well as subdivision and large scale development matters, editing of documentation and correspondence, conducting on-line searches and enquiries, following up with banks, financial institutions and all stakeholders on all conveyancing and development matters, updating legal database records, assisting with diary management and end of month billing, assisting with opening and closing files, PEXA administrative duties, assisting with investments, returning deposits as required.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will require 2+ years previous experience ideally in a professional services environment. You will need excellent client service skills, high attention to detail and an eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, including interpersonal and written skills, strong research and problem solving skills, ability to work under pressure, respond promptly and effectively to clients, knowledge and experience of Microsoft products and iManage or similar document management system.
