Job Title: Area Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the delivery of our Local Area Coordination services in alignment with the NDIS Partners in the Community program.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service operations across multiple sites, with a focus on financial sustainability, performance, and contractual compliance. They will also oversee regional teams in Townsville and Mackay, fostering a values-led, high-performing workplace culture.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of LAC services in alignment with the NDIS Partners in the Community (PITC) program.
* Manage service operations across multiple sites, with a focus on financial sustainability, performance, and contractual compliance.
* Oversee regional teams in Townsville and Mackay, fostering a values-led, high-performing workplace culture.
* Build collaborative relationships with NDIA, community stakeholders, and government partners.
* Champion community capacity-building initiatives and person-centred practice aligned to NDIS principles.
Requirements:
* Proven experience leading large, multidisciplinary, community-based teams across multiple locations.
* Strong knowledge of service operations, financial drivers, and contract management.
* Demonstrated success building positive, inclusive, and high-performing cultures.
* Experience delivering services aligned to NDIS and the Partners in the Community program.
