Totalspan Cairns is a locally owned and operated shed and steel building company, proudly servicing FNQ since 2006. We're looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven salesperson to join our small, supportive team.
This role is all about owning the customer journey — from enquiry, to quote, to signed contract, through to liaising with concreters and builders to ensure a smooth handover. If you're motivated, organised, and thrive on delivering results without needing micro-management, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
* Convert leads into sales with strong communication & negotiation skills
* Work directly with customers to design shed solutions
* Prepare quotes & follow up leads through to conversion
* Coordinate projects with concreters and builders
* Contribute to weekly planning meetings with the team
What We're Looking For
* Proven sales ability & professional presentation
* Organised self-starter with a customer-first attitude
* Team player with strong communication skills
(Building/construction experience an advantage but not essential)
