Weare seeking an all-round warrior to assist us inexpanding our company & servicesoffered.
We consultand implement CRM systems into businessesto assist them in managing and trackingtheir leads &sales. We alsoimplement sales and marketing automation aspart of this process.
While CRMSystems, as a company, has onlybeen established this year, it is part ofa long established (since 2009) WebDesign, Development, SEO and Digital MarketingCompany with high quality clients Australia wide,our brief is to partner with & assist ourclients' to achieve their goals. We also have a divisionfor Promotional Products
This role will seeyou consulting with customers to assess their needsalong with assisting them to map out their Sales andMarketing Processes to allow us to quote on theirproject. Once we win the gig, you will be involved inthe smooth implementation along with our CRMdevelopment team if any customisation is required.
Weexclusively use and are Authorised ConsultingPartners for Zoho CRM and other Zohoapplications. The Zoho suite consists of 46+applications that can run their entire business end toend and is more of an ERP system of which the CRM isjust a part of the overall architecture.
Requirements
* Identifyand develop new business opportunities
* Effectively developrelationships of current and potential clients
* Perform the detailed design of business processes andfunctional application design.
* Host client facingworkshops and facilitate client discussions.
* Configure, build, and testthe application to ensure compliance with brief.
* Work with developers to make sure that the configurationand custom components meet application requirements andperformance goals.
* Fix &/or facilitate any functional defects andperformance problems discovered in testing.
* Participate in transitionsof the application or functional components to thecustomer.
* Document the application to facilitate maintenance.
* Ability to seek out the customers other needs torecommend our other divisions within our business (theupsell)
* Have Zoho CRM experience (preferred) &/or
* Worked with other CRMsystem implementations (at least 2)
* Set up automated workflows& ability to learn quickly
* Ability to Study forself-development in your own time
* Sales ability highly regarded
* Allproducts, pricing packages, systems and tools areset up and ready to get started.
