The Role
Due to ongoing growth and an internal promotion, my client is seeking an experienced Assistant or Property Manager/parent returning to work, looking for a side step or less responsibility. The position is currently heavily admin and office-based, with circa 20% on road duties to keep it interesting.
* Working within a PM team of 10, assisting the Property Managers with admin tasks including but not limited to: Lease and MA renewals, Rent increases, data entry, inspection notes
* Adhoc site visits and inspections if desired
About You
* Experienced within Assistant PM or Property Management & hold a valid Real Estate Registration and Driving License
* Strong communication and high attention to detail
* Computer-literate and strong administration skills
* Team player – down to earth – accountability and a sense of humor
