About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing commercial and litigation matters
* Briefing and liaising with counsel
* Conducting legal research
* Providing clear and concise written legal advice
* Appearing in court as required
* Managing files with a high level of autonomy
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* 2+ years PAE in commercial law and litigation
* Strong advocacy and drafting skills
* Excellent legal research and analytical abilities
* The ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
* A proactive, professional, and team-oriented approach
