We're on the hunt for an experienced kitchen hand to hit the ground running at the Christmas Hills Raspberry Farm Cafe at Elizabeth Town.
Key Responsibilities
* Follow the leadership of our chefs in all kitchen operations
* Prepare and plate in accordance with our evolving menu, consistently meeting high standards in quality and presentation
* Daily set up and stocking of kitchen stations with necessary ingredients and supplies
* Daily pack‐down and clean‐up of kitchen stations
* Support the appropriate receiving, storage and rotation of food and ingredients
* Correct best‐practice usage of kitchen equipmentSupport and comply with all aspects of OH&S compliance within the kitchen
* Foster solid working relationships with front‐of‐house staff and kitchen staff
Personal Attributes
* Hands‐on experience working within a high‐volume kitchen operation or related industry
* High attention to detail and pride in work
* Appropriate and professional presentation at all times
* Excellent communication skills
