Noosa Pacific Resort is seeking a motivated and versatile team member to join our dedicated crew. We are a well-established, self-contained holiday resort offering tranquil, luxury accommodation along the beautiful Noosa River.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is proactive, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role – Duties Include:
* Acting as first point of contact for guests, visitors, and owners
* Assisting with guest enquiries and local information
* Managing phone/email bookings and OTA reservations
* Linen ordering and stock control
* Light cleaning duties as required
* Guest support with hire equipment
* Reporting and addressing maintenance issues
* Maintaining high standards across resort grounds and facilities
* Supporting workplace health and safety protocols
What We're Looking For:
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Confident multitasking and problem-solving ability
* Physically fit and hands-on
* Friendly, professional, and adaptable
* Availability during school holidays and weekends is essential
* Local stability within the Noosa/Sunshine Coast region
Preferred Experience:
* Accommodation or tourism industry background
* Front desk/customer service skills
* Housekeeping experience a plus
* Comfortable with MS Office and Windows systems
* PMS experience (we use Resly)
* Candidates must have local accommodation and be able to commit to the role long term
