Project Coordinator
Our organization seeks a diligent Project Coordinator to oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coordinating resources, resolving issues, and delivering successful projects. The coordinator will be responsible for reviewing project details, scheduling deliverables, and estimating costs. Additionally, the coordinator will oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
* Key Responsibilities:

o Schedule deliverables and estimate costs for projects
o Oversee onsite and offsite constructions to ensure compliance with regulations
o Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
o Review progress on daily basis
o Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
o Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses
Requirements and Skills:

o Proven working experience in project coordination or management
o Excellent time and project management skills
o Strong organizational and communication skills
o Familiarity with construction management software packages
o BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field
