Personal Care Worker (Part time) – Yarra Valley
Estia Health is seeking experienced Personal Care Attendants/Carers to support residents in a permanent, part‐time or casual capacity.
Responsibilities
* Lend a hand with daily life – ensuring residents feel heard, comfortable and well‐fed
* Collaborate with the team to support those with challenging needs
* Help keep residents' bodies and minds active
* Monitor residents' health – assisting with treatments and documentation
* Provide companionship to residents
* Respect every resident's privacy and dignity
Qualifications and Experience
* A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
* Relevant experience as a caregiver or similar role
* Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
