CRVCID668616Come join us!We are looking for an organised and proactive professional who is passionate about delivering high quality administrative support and contributing to an organisation that makes a real difference to the lives of people in our community.About The OpportunityAs Administrative Officer you will provide high-level admin and secretarial support to the Policy team and senior leadership roles that manage Policy governance within Royal Perth Bentley Group. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including managing correspondence, preparing Policy documents/forms to publishing standards, coordinating meetings, maintaining databases and governance reporting.Your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of the Policy portfolio through advanced word-processing, high-volume task tracking and effective records management across relevant electronic platforms. A focus on accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration will support core team and stakeholder activities.
