About the Position
1. Utilize your sales skills and experience to broaden our client base across WA while providing services and support to the existing client base.
2. Your skills and market knowledge will contribute to our continual improvement in levels of service and the customer experience.
3. Your customer knowledge and exposure to the current market will allow you to expand the client base by introducing new clients to the business.
4. Your passion for sales will improve the bottom line and provide opportunities for growth via existing and new clients you introduce to the business.

The Role
1. Work with the Service Team to improve the service delivery and customer support experience.
2. Generate new sales and provide technical support for the Team of Service Technicians.
3. Coordinate, develop, and expand the business in the security sector.
4. Prepare tenders and liaise with stakeholders as required.
5. Prepare presentations for sales reviews.
6. Liaise with all departments in developing appropriate solutions for clients.
About You
1. Excellent interpersonal and selling skills with demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
2. Excellent Sales and Marketing skills with good financial experience.
3. Outstanding customer service skills and background.
4. Interest in current business trends and practices.
5. Energetic and can-do approach to problems.
6. Highly motivated, reliable, hardworking, and possess a good work aptitude.
7. Establish strong working relationships with both internal and external parties.
8. Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
9. Strong IT skills, proficient with Microsoft Suite; Pronto and Espro experience beneficial.
