Casual Admin Role – Financial Data Entry (Ormeau Office)
Location: Ormeau, QLD
Type: Casual (Approx. 2-3 days per week)

Pay: Above award – based on experience
We’re a busy commercial trades business looking for a reliable and detail-focused Administrator to help us with financial data entry.
This is a very casual role – just 2-3 days per week, ideal for someone returning to work, on maternity leave, or managing family commitments. We’re flexible with hours and happy to support the right person.
Your Role:
- Entering financial data from MYOB summaries into our project management system
- Reconciling job costs and ensuring accuracy in reporting
- Supporting our Operations Manager with light admin as needed
You’ll Need:
- Experience with MYOB, Xero, or similar accounting platforms
- Confidence with spreadsheets and financial data entry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A quiet, focused approach to working independently
- Prior admin or bookkeeping experience (ideal but not essential)
