Sanctuary Recruitment is recruiting a Quality & Compliance Lead to join an established aged care provider with a focus on maintaining their already compliant status, across their homes.
This renowned Aged Care provider is well known for its excellent levels of care and the generous benefits it offers to their staff. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Quality & Compliance and working in a team, this role supports the provider on their mission for continuous improvement and enhancing consistent best practice for their consumer focused care.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Partner with Aged Care experience to join a passionate team, put their eye for detail to good use and enjoy the benefits that come from working with this provider. The role would best suit a proactive person in Quality, who enjoys not only identifying problems, but fostering relationships to solve them.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Ensuring the groups quality standards have been met across the homes
- Preparation for accreditation and self assessments
- Providing timely reports and management of documents
- Revision of systems and processes
- Effective management of Infection Control and OH&S
- Commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience to internal & external stakeholders
- Current AHPRA registration
- Extensive Residential Aged Care experience
- Experience in a Quality lead role
- An innate understanding of the Residential Aged Care Quality Standards and experience in the accreditation process
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is desirable
- Success in resolving un-met's
- Experience collecting and analyzing data to report on
- Willingness to travel around the Sydney region
