Role Description
A hands-on digital role for students focused on maintaining and improving the AU and NZ websites — updating content, fixing issues, and enhancing user experience. You'll support SEO projects, track performance metrics, and produce analytics reports.
This is a full-time, 5 to 6‐month on‐site role for an E‐Commerce & Digital Marketing Assistant Intern based in Sydney, NSW. You will support the e-commerce and digital marketing teams with various daily tasks. Responsibilities include assisting in managing online sales platforms, analyzing campaign and sales performance, supporting communication efforts, and enhancing customer experience strategies. The role will also involve report generation, coordination with teams, and contributing to the optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical Skills and a keen eye for interpreting data and performance metrics.
* Customer Service orientation to enhance user experiences and address client inquiries.
* Sales and E‐Commerce knowledge, experience in managing or supporting online platforms is a plus.
* Proficiency in digital tools and platforms related to e‐commerce and marketing.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‐paced environment.
* Currently pursuing a related degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field.
Best suited to someone with strong written communication skills, a marketing or analytics background, and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or a CMS. A good fit for someone looking to grow in digital marketing within a global brand environment.
English and French speaking and writing abilities is beneficial.
