You will ensure that student reporting and results data is compliant with QCAA (Queensland Curriculum Assessment Authority) Requirements.About the contractThe position is permanent, full time (38 hours per week), term time (41 weeks per year)About youTo be considered for this role you will need:Valid working rights within AustraliaBe committed to the goals, ethos and mission of the College as a Catholic school in the Edmund Rice Tradition.Possess a current Queensland Working with Children Blue Card for paid employees before commencement as per the No Card, No Start policy developed by Queensland Government.Qualifications in Business Administration (desirable).Extensive experience delivering high level administrative curriculum support in an educational setting.Demonstrated experience in analysing information to extract and interpret data to prepare and present high quality written reports and correspondence in a logical and meaningful manner.Ability to be flexible, embrace and adapt to change and be responsive to the needs of the College.Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to interact positively with a wide range of stakeholders including students, parents and staff.Exceptional attention to detail and ability to develop solutions to problems.Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, and the ability to use initiative and work autonomously to meet deadlines.Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Information Technology Systems and the Microsoft Suite of applications (eg: Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Sharepoint and One Drive).
