Logistics Administrator (Part Time) – Springvale, Victoria. Part-time position reporting to the Logistics Supervisor at our manufacturing site. Working across shifts from Monday to Friday 5.00am–10.15am or 9.45am–3.00pm, with flexibility to work all hours between 5am–3pm when required.
Responsibilities
- Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment.
- Handling and operations of the tile products for interlocking concrete roof tiles and their materials.
- Receive deliveries from suppliers of stock and prepare outgoing orders for customers.
- Logistics Management including processing SAP transactions – stock management and truck movements.
- Assisting with monthly stock takes.
- Liaising with transport hub.
- Managing the mobile dock – time slotting system.
- Warehouse coordination: keep a clean, safe warehouse with easy to access inventory.
- Customer support; assist with the scheduling of deliveries and onsite bookings.
