Your Role:
We're looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the voice of our business. As a CSR, you'll be helping clients with inquiries, scheduling jobs, and providing fantastic customer experience. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and collaborative environment, where your customer service skills truly shine.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls, enquiries and emails, providing exceptional customer service.
* Schedule appointments for trades services, coordinating with customers and technicians, and tracking job progress.
* Maintain accurate customer records, job details, and service histories.
* Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution with a focus on customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
* 2+ years of experience in a customer service role
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
* Proficiency in using customer management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, fast-paced environment.
* Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
* Experience with scheduling and coordinating appointments is a plus
