Job Description
The Senior Worker Residential Care provides supervision and support to the staff within the Residential Care team. As well as providing positive role modelling to clients and assisting in leading the day‐to‐day running of the unit, the Senior Worker is involved in policy and program development to ensure best practice standards within MASP.
The Senior Worker assists the Manager Residential Services to ensure agency compliance via rostering and reporting.
Expected commencing salary of $82,415.00 (Unqualified) or $95,057.01 (Qualified) per annum plus statutory superannuation. Because MASP is a non‐profit organisation, you also have the option to maximise your income through salary packaging.

This role can involve emotionally demanding situations and exposure to psychological hazards, including client distress, trauma disclosures, and urgent responses. MASP prioritises staff wellbeing by providing supervision, debriefing, reflective practice, safety measures, and access to wellbeing resources.
