Technical Sales Support Specialist

This role will oversee the daily technical sales support needs of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing systems, processes, and programs to optimise and scale the company's technical capabilities.

* Manage the day-to-day troubleshooting, diagnostic and technical support through direct contact with dealers, contractors, rental companies, internal sales and customer service staff.
* Monitor product performance, maintain records and coordinate improvements for technical problems, service issues and emerging product concerns to support proactive resolution and continuous product improvement.
* Establish and maintain relationships and regular contact with key technical personnel across our portfolio of brands and suppliers both domestically and internationally.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding and knowledge of diesel and petrol engines, electrical and hydraulic systems and mechanical trades or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

Skills & Experience:

* Ability to comprehend, interpret and analyse technical publications such as schematics, service and spare parts literature, technical bulletins and detailed product specifications.
* Strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Advanced presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to effectively present and influence at all levels.
