They have a thriving international wholesale channel with a predominant US customer base, but with hundreds of stockists globally. We are searching for a driven and hungry Wholesale professional excited to grow their career with a successful RTW brand, to manage wholesale operations as their Wholesale Operations Manager.
The Role
Reporting to the Wholesale & Supply Chain Manager, this role is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of wholesale logistics and order fulfilment across global markets. Acting as a key link between sales, warehouse, and finance, the position ensures the efficient flow of goods from order confirmation through to delivery, with a strong focus on inventory allocation, shipping optimisation, and operational accuracy.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of the wholesale order book, driving on‐time dispatch, and supporting supply chain planning through accurate forecasting and proactive issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the coordination and execution of wholesale order fulfilment across domestic and international markets
* Manage order integrity, ensuring all pre‐season and in‐season data is accurate and actionable
* Allocate inventory against wholesale orders, balancing stock availability with delivery priorities
* Partner with warehouse operations to prioritise dispatch, optimise shipment flow, and improve turnaround times
* Coordinate directly with global partners on shipping schedules, delivery requirements, and collection arrangements
* Collaborate with Finance to manage account clearance and ensure orders are released in line with payment terms
* Monitor and respond to in‐season demand, ensuring rapid turnaround on additional or repeat orders
* Oversee returns processing, including reconciliation of stock back into the warehouse
* Contribute to rolling shipping forecasts, incorporating stock position, account status, and operational constraints
* Provide regular reporting and insights on fulfilment performance, risks, and delivery timelines
The Skillset
We imagine you will have strong logistics, production administration or operations background with experience working within both eCommerce and Wholesale.
* Experience with international wholesale operation and logistics, with an understanding of 3rd party warehouse operations. Fashion experience essential
* A high level of organisational skill with the ability to multi‐task and see activities through to completion to a high standard
* Renowned for your accuracy and attention to detail and capable of reacting flexibly to different requirements for multiple accounts and regions
* A strong team player, capable of working with others to get the job done and willing to step outside core role to help the broader team
* Excellent communication skills, ability to establish and develop rapport with key stakeholders, both internal and external
* Strong level of IT technical skills, particularly Excel and Enterprise systems
* Enthusiastic and dedicated, passion for seeking opportunities and self‐development
