We're looking for a community focused, operationally savvy Deputy Coach (Assistant Store Manager) to partner with our Head Coach to lead a passionate team in our brand new Burnside Village store
The Role
We're on the lookout for a strong leader to support the Head Coach (Store Manager), creating the best experience for our LSKD community in Adelaide. Leading with our values, this role involves developing the store team and culture, driving strategic results, and ensuring profitable growth through day-to-day management.
This role offers a dynamic opportunity to work in both retail and fitness. You will collaborate with the Head Coach to organize local events and manage the business.
We actively engage with the community by training together weekly at gyms and studios, so if fitness is your passion, this is ideal
