We're a growing residential construction company with a confirmed pipeline of work through to 2028, and we're looking for a gun Finishes Foreman to join our team on an exciting high-rise apartment project at Main Beach.

What You'll Be Doing
* Leading and coordinating all finishing trades on a high-rise residential project
* Maintaining quality, programme, and subcontractor performance across your package
* Working closely with the site team to deliver a top-tier result
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 5 years' experience in residential construction
* High-rise apartment experience highly regarded
* Strong leadership, communication, and eye for detail
* Someone who takes ownership and gets things done
What's In It For You
* $120,000 – $160,000 per annum (depending on experience)
* Confirmed, stable pipeline of work through to 2028
