This is an exciting role that involves delivering animal education programs to the community.
The successful candidate will work closely with a team of professionals to develop and implement high-quality public education programs on animal behaviour, animal care, and responsible pet ownership.
* Create educational materials for City of Darwin's website and pamphlets
* Coordinate events promoting animal health and responsible pet ownership
* Develop and implement strategies to promote positive outcomes in animal welfare
* Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve shared goals
A Certificate IV in Companion Animal Services or equivalent experience is required. A Class C Drivers Licence, Working with Children Clearance, and National Police Records Check are also essential.
