Role
* NO Trust Accounting, NO BDM!
* Capped, clean portfolio of 100 properties within 5km of the office
* Liaising with landlords and tenants
* Completing entries and exits
* Managing arrears
* Repairs & maintenance
* Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
* Cloud-based software
Successful Candidate
* 3+ years of previous Real Estate/Property Management experience
* QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
* Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
* Solid written & verbal communication skillsOutstanding telephone manner & time management
* Valid driver's license
