What You'll Be Doing
Performing high-precision assembly of complex components across mechanical and electrical processes
Working to micron-level tolerances using specialised tools and measurement equipment.
Following detailed procedures and quality standards to ensure consistent, reliable builds.
Collaborating with engineers and quality teams to troubleshoot and refine assembly processes
What You'll Need
Hands-on experience in precision mechanical or electrical assembly-ideally in toolmaking, engine or spindle assembly, or hydraulic systems.
Strong understanding of tight tolerances, mechanical drawings, and precision measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, dial indicators).
A trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Fitting & Machining, Toolmaking, or a related field.
Proven ability to work in a structured, procedure-driven environment with a focus on quality and consistency.
A methodical, detail-oriented approach and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Australian Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Defence Security Clearance.
